Mount Baw Baw

Gunaikurnai

Quick info:
In a nutshell:
  • Around 15 km of trails with a range of easy wide firetrails, XC singletrack and DH runs
  • It’s a ski resort, so yes, it’s hilly
  • Majority of the trails loop round the resort at the top and are good for novice to advanced riders
  • DH1 run is pearler of a downhill, but heads down the mountain so organise a shuttle to get back up
  • DH1 does have B lines for the less committed, but a full face helmet is mandatory
  • Most resort faclities are closed in the summer, but basics are there
